2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate and complete information whenever booking or registering for services
  • Understanding that results may vary depending on individual commitment, health status, and lifestyle factors.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All consultation fees, packages, and promotions are clearly listed on our website.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, prior to the consultancy unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may be updated at any time.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss a consultation without notice, the session will be charged in full, or a Cancellation made 6 hours prior will be charged 50 per cent of fee.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for completed services or packages already in use.

5. Health Disclaimer

  • Our services provide nutrition guidance only and should not replace medical care.
  • Always consult your doctor or a qualified health professional before making major dietary or lifestyle changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
  • NM Food Science Nutrition is not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcomes arising from the use of our services.
